LinkedIn Ghostwriter / Storyteller

Monsoon is an award-winning digital marketing agency that helps international brands grow across Europe. We are currently seeking a creative LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Storyteller to join our remote-first team and help build authentic personal brands for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish 10–12 high-quality LinkedIn posts per month for founders and executives.
• Conduct regular interviews and exchange voice notes to extract unique ideas and turn them into compelling stories.
• Create engaging visuals, including graphics and carousels, using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Optimize client profiles, including headlines and About sections, to strengthen personal positioning.
• Manage the entire content workflow, from drafting and scheduling to tracking performance metrics and suggesting improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting, storytelling, or personal branding for executives or entrepreneurs.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to craft strong hooks and opinion-driven narratives.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to bring your own ideas and work independently without detailed briefs.
• Proficiency in creating visual assets and a deep understanding of LinkedIn content dynamics.
• AI-savvy approach, using tools efficiently while maintaining an authentic, human tone in all content.
