Linkedin Ghostwriter / Storyteller

Monsoon is an award-winning digital marketing agency that helps international brands grow across Europe. We are currently seeking a creative LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Storyteller to join our remote-first team and help build authentic personal brands for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish 10–12 high-quality LinkedIn posts per month for founders and executives.
• Conduct regular interviews and exchange voice notes to extract unique ideas and turn them into compelling stories.
• Create opinion-driven content focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, agency growth, and business.
• Design engaging visuals and carousels using tools like Canva or Figma to complement written content.
• Manage the full content workflow, including scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting, storytelling, or personal branding for executives or entrepreneurs.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to craft strong hooks and narratives that spark conversations.
• Strong interviewing skills to effectively translate brief conversations into high-quality content.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest topics and work independently without detailed briefs.
• Proficiency in using AI tools efficiently while maintaining an authentic, non-generic voice.
