Line Manager, Site Contracts Management- FSP

Precision for Medicine is expanding its FSP team and is seeking a dedicated Line Manager for Site Contracts Management. This role is pivotal in overseeing the FSP Contract Management Team, driving business development, and ensuring the efficient delivery of site contracts while supporting strategic initiatives within the Start Up group.

Key responsibilities

• Line manage a team of FSP contract and budget associates, providing guidance and support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for FSP clients and internal stakeholders regarding site contracting matters.
• Allocate resources for new business, including forecasting and planning for current and future FSP work.
• Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of various agreements, including clinical study and confidentiality agreements.
• Monitor and report on FSP contract metrics, ensuring adherence to company and sponsor policies.
• Identify process improvements and implement policies to ensure the timely execution of contracts.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or FSP service model.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of contract structures and clinical research business deliverables.
