Line Manager, Site Contracts Management- FSP

Precision for Medicine is expanding its FSP team and is seeking a dedicated Line Manager for Site Contracts Management. This role involves overseeing the FSP Contract Management team, driving business development, and ensuring the efficient delivery of site contracts while serving as a key member of the SSU Leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the FSP contract and budget associate team, including resource allocation and performance monitoring.
• Act as the primary point of contact for FSP clients and internal stakeholders regarding site contracting matters.
• Oversee the review, drafting, and negotiation of various clinical study and ancillary agreements.
• Develop and implement policies to improve contract execution timelines and overall business deliverables.
• Report on contract metrics and resolve complex issues in collaboration with Legal and Finance departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Site Contracts departments within a CRO environment.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of the FSP service delivery model.
