Life Science Solution Marketing Manager (Maternity cover)

We are currently seeking a Life Science Solution Marketing Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis, focusing on developing and executing strategic marketing plans that highlight our end-to-end scientific solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive solution marketing strategies that align customer needs with business priorities across Life Sciences workflows.
• Create differentiated solution positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that effectively communicate the impact of our technologies.
• Lead integrated marketing planning, including campaign strategy, content development, digital programs, and commercial enablement.
• Partner with Product Management and Commercial teams to connect individual technologies into broader, workflow-based solutions.
• Analyze campaign performance and market dynamics to optimize programs and demonstrate measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven track record of developing strategic marketing plans, solution-based campaigns, and demand generation programs.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into compelling value propositions and customer-focused content.
• Experience managing integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels, including web, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.
