Level Artist / Artysta Lokacji

Sperasoft is looking for an experienced Level Artist to join our art team and help shape immersive, visually captivating game environments. In this role, you will work closely with art direction to create levels that align with the game’s atmosphere, story, and style, ensuring high visual excellence through your creative input and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Compose and dress environments to support gameplay readability, player navigation, and visual storytelling.
• Maintain visual quality and consistency of levels according to the project's quality bar and art direction.
• Assemble and modify modular environment assets to build architectural and environmental spaces.
• Optimize levels for performance in collaboration with Tech Art and Design teams.
• Verify level quality in-engine and perform necessary bug fixing and visual polish.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of architectural and natural environment composition, scale, and structure.
• Experience optimizing levels for real-time engines, including LODs, draw calls, and streaming.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine or similar real-time engines, along with Maya or Blender.
• Solid experience with Substance Painter/Designer and PBR workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
