Level 3 IT Systems Engineer

DistantJob is seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Systems Engineer to join a leading Managed Services Provider. Key responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical support for networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud environments.
• Design and implement robust solutions to enhance system security, uptime, and overall performance.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure including Azure or AWS.
• Configure and manage firewalls while maintaining clear documentation within ticketing systems.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Advanced proficiency in networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Strong familiarity with firewall management, backup solutions, and RMM tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional command of the English language.
