Eleks is seeking a dedicated Requirements Analyst to join our Business Analysis Office and support a long-standing US-based partner in the LegalTech domain. You will play a crucial role in developing cloud-based solutions for legal and financial organizations by bridging the gap between product vision and technical implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, and code-level behavior to ensure clarity before development begins.
• Support Product Managers in refining requirements and preparing detailed, development-ready user stories.
• Investigate product dependencies and identify potential impacts of changes to provide actionable recommendations to the team.
• Facilitate effective communication between Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
• Proactively address gaps and ambiguities in requirements to reduce clarification cycles during the development process.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or as a Junior Software Engineer with an interest in Product Management.
• Ability to read and understand code in languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, software architecture basics, and SDLC/Agile processes.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT for code and documentation analysis.
• Advanced level of English proficiency to facilitate international collaboration.
