Legal Counsel (remote Poland)

Spacelift is the infrastructure orchestration platform built for the modern software era, managing the full lifecycle for both traditional IaC and AI-accelerated infrastructure. We are looking for a business-oriented and proactive Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team and provide hands-on support across sales, marketing, HR, finance, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract templates and draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex agreements.
• Support the sales team in contract negotiations, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee compliance, privacy, and regulatory matters while monitoring new regulations to update internal policies.
• Provide quick, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to all teams as a trusted business partner.
• Develop training materials and workshops on key legal, compliance, and privacy topics.

Requirements

• Law degree and at least 3 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel.
• Proven ability to review, draft, and negotiate contracts in English, ideally in a digital or tech environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a business mindset to find practical solutions.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with excellent analytical skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
