Legal Counsel ( Licensing )

FYST is seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to join our team and provide comprehensive support for our international corporate operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our legal infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency within our growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day legal support for company setups and maintenance in various jurisdictions including the UK, Estonia, and Cyprus.
• Handle the opening and maintenance of accounts with banks and financial institutions, including managing compliance processes.
• Prepare, review, and maintain corporate, legal, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate correspondence with international law firms, auditors, and external service providers.
• Act as a central point of contact for corporate setup information across internal departments such as Finance, AML, and Business Development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a legal, compliance, or project management role.
• Fluency in both English and Russian.
• A university degree in Law, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AML and KYC procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize effectively.
