Legal Annotators - Polish

RWS Group is seeking detail-oriented Legal Annotators to contribute to the training and evaluation of advanced AI models for contract management platforms. This role is ideal for legal professionals, contract specialists, or law graduates who are passionate about the intersection of law and technology and wish to contribute to the development of secure, automated legal analysis tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specialized legal data collection, evaluation, and annotation tasks.
• Analyze complex clauses, obligations, and terms within international business agreements.
• Participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and targeted quality reviews to ensure high standards.
• Collaborate on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments.

Requirements

• Strong legal domain expertise with proven skills in contract interpretation and review.
• Fluency in Polish and English to handle multilingual legal documentation effectively.
• Experience with international or cross-jurisdictional contract structures.
• Prior experience in data annotation or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation is highly preferred.
