Learning Transformation Consultant - Senior Principal

Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Principal to join our Workforce Transformation practice. You will play a pivotal role in shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale learning transformation programmes that help global organizations future-proof their workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pursuit and sales cycles for complex learning transformation deals.
• Shape solution blueprints and proposals that position Infosys as a trusted partner.
• Oversee the design and delivery of complex learning programmes, ensuring high standards of quality and impact.
• Lead globally distributed teams and act as an executive sponsor for delivery portfolios.
• Drive innovation in areas such as AI in learning, data-driven skills intelligence, and Learning-as-a-Service.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in Learning, Talent, or Workforce Transformation within consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to sell and lead multi-million-dollar transformation programmes.
• Deep understanding of modern learning ecosystems, digital platforms, and global content supply chains.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
• C2 proficiency in English and professional fluency in German or French.
