Learning Experience Lead

TripleTen is a dynamic EdTech company dedicated to empowering beginners through comprehensive tech career programs. We are currently seeking a Learning Experience Lead to join our globally distributed team and shape the future of our educational offerings by designing impactful, end-to-end learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of learning experiences, from identifying opportunities to measuring final learning outcomes.
• Design complete courses from scratch, with a focus on emerging AI domains and fast-changing technologies.
• Integrate AI tools into your instructional design workflow to enhance research, prototyping, content creation, and iteration.
• Define success metrics, analyze learner behavior data, and continuously improve educational solutions.
• Mentor other designers and establish scalable instructional design standards across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on instructional design experience, specifically within the IT education sector.
• Proven track record of independently shipping end-to-end educational products from concept to launch.
• Strong AI literacy and a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve the design and production process.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and design solutions for rapidly evolving technical fields.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to iterate on educational products and define success.
