Leading D365 Technical Consultant (f/m/x)

Sii is seeking a highly skilled Leading D365 Technical Consultant to join our team and drive complex digital transformation projects for international clients. You will leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to lead technical teams, shape robust solution architectures, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions from initial concept to final deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of advanced solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications to meet specific client requirements.
• Developing custom solutions by utilizing extensive programming experience in C# and Visual Studio while ensuring scalability and security.
• Managing project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including backlog management and source control via Azure DevOps.
• Conducting thorough quality assurance, defect resolution, and creating comprehensive technical documentation for project handovers.
• Identifying functional gaps and designing innovative solutions that complement existing Dynamics 365 capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a consultative role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Expert knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and all CE 1st Party Applications.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and proven ability to lead project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English and residency in Poland.
