Lead/Architect GenAI Adoption (freelance, part-time)

N-iX is a global software development company helping businesses create next-generation products. We are currently seeking a GenAI Adoption Lead/AI Architect to join our team and drive the discovery and implementation of an enterprise AI-assisted SDLC transformation for a leading global healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and AI adoption assessments to evaluate current SDLC, architecture, and team readiness.
• Define the GenAI solution architecture and implementation approach, including integrations with CI/CD, repositories, and project management systems.
• Design and implement agentic workflows, including guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and quality gates.
• Develop a prioritized transformation roadmap and establish measurable success criteria for pilot projects.
• Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to define AI governance, observability, and auditability standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting with a focus on Generative AI.
• Proven track record in leading AI-assisted SDLC transformations or enterprise AI engineering initiatives.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Ability to structure ambiguous initiatives and translate high-level goals into actionable technical solutions.
