Lead Web Developer (Poland)

Ex Parte is seeking a Lead Web Developer to head a team responsible for our AI self-service portal and associated microservices. You will work within a cross-functional environment to build high-quality, performant user interfaces for our cloud-based SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces while migrating from Angular/Bootstrap to ReactJS.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to shape user flows and define API requirements.
• Guide the team by establishing software engineering best practices, conducting code reviews, and documenting technical standards.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex systems and sub-systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Perform unit testing and resolve structural issues within the codebase to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 throughout the full software development life cycle.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing software using ReactJS.
• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core, along with 3+ years of T-SQL experience.
• Proven experience in agile development, building REST APIs, and working with microservices-based architectures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
