Lead Web Designer

Creatio is a rapidly growing AI software company recognized as a leader in AI CRM and workflow automation. We are seeking a talented Lead Web Designer to set the visual standard for our digital products, including our website, landing pages, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Creating visually stunning, modern UI for our digital platforms and marketing assets.
• Independently driving strategically important projects from initial concept to development-ready mockups.
• Proactively shaping design visions and guiding stakeholders through the creative process.
• Collaborating closely with the Art Director and UX/Technical Designer to maintain high visual standards.

Requirements

• A strong web design portfolio demonstrating modern, aesthetically flawless interfaces.
• Deep expertise in UI fundamentals including typography, composition, and design systems.
• Fluent proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Photoshop.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and implementing modern web interactions.
• Strong understanding of conversion design and B2B enterprise audience needs.
• Ability to work independently and communicate design decisions effectively in English.
