Lead UX Designer, Product Manager

Blue Language Labs Inc. is seeking a senior, UX-led product leader to own the end-to-end experience of MyOS, an AI-driven platform designed to help businesses discover revenue opportunities and coordinate complex workflows. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and conversational design to transform sophisticated AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and highly effective tools for business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product experience and roadmap for MyOS Business, focusing on conversational interfaces and core user journeys.
• Translate complex agent behaviors, multi-party workflows, and system states into clear, intuitive interactions.
• Lead user research, prototyping, and usability testing to turn real-world observations into focused product decisions.
• Act as Product Manager by prioritizing the product backlog, writing user stories, and collaborating closely with the CTO and engineering team.
• Establish reusable interaction patterns and a coherent design system for AI-assisted experiences.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience across product management, product design, or UX, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to take complex digital products from concept to launch and sustained improvement.
• Deep expertise in user research, journey design, information architecture, and prototyping using tools like Figma.
• Proven experience with generative conversational AI assistants or agentic workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly across product, engineering, and executive teams with excellent English skills.
