Key responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable, scalable systems using Python.

• Collaborating with QA teams and contributing to the growth of the engineering department.
• Supporting junior and mid-level engineers while leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows.

Requirements

• Several years of commercial software development experience with Python.
• Proven track record of building complex, reliable, and mission-critical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent technical decisions.
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in project delivery.
