Lead Software Engineer (Java)

ADDEPTO is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company seeking a visionary Lead Software Engineer to design and guide the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution while working on international projects for global enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion Domain-Driven Design principles to ensure modular and maintainable solutions.
• Drive the adoption of Microsoft Azure services and implement event streaming solutions using Kafka.
• Mentor junior architects and developers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of commercial experience with Java development and Oracle database technologies.
• Extensive experience in designing solutions across both modern cloud-native architectures and legacy systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and WebLogic Server.
• Strong practical knowledge of Kafka for building event-driven architectures.
• Expertise in Domain-Driven Design and RESTful API integration patterns.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and exceptional problem-solving skills.
