Lead Security Architect

Link Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening the security posture of our enterprise IT environments. You will be responsible for defining security architecture principles, designing robust solutions, and ensuring that security is seamlessly integrated into systems, applications, and infrastructure from the initial design phase.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive security architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Embed security best practices into solution design and the entire software development lifecycle.
• Assess complex security risks and recommend appropriate technical controls to mitigate threats.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure alignment.
• Support security reviews, threat modelling, and architecture assessments across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in security architecture or a similar senior cybersecurity role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, application security, cloud security, and infrastructure protection.
• Solid experience with security frameworks, risk management methodologies, and technical security controls.
• Ability to translate complex security requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive security initiatives effectively.
