Lead Salesforce Developer

Andersen is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join a project focused on migrating a theatrical licensing system to Salesforce. You will play a key role in building a unified platform to streamline the full licensing lifecycle, including catalog management, royalty collection, and billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of the Salesforce solution across multiple business domains.
• Define scalable architecture for core objects, custom data models, automation, and integrations.
• Establish development standards, code review practices, and quality controls for the team.
• Coordinate cross-cloud and cross-system dependencies, including API-based integrations.
• Support solution refinement in collaboration with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven track record as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead on enterprise implementations.
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and security models.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and multi-team delivery.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
