Lead Qt/QML Developer

Spyrosoft Synergy is seeking an experienced Lead Qt/QML Developer to join our international team. You will work on diverse projects spanning both desktop and embedded domains, contributing to high-quality software development while influencing architectural decisions and supporting other engineers in delivering robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain desktop or embedded applications using Qt/QML and modern C++.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define and deliver new features.
• Drive architectural and technical decisions for complex software systems.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Support and mentor other developers while taking ownership of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software development with strong proficiency in modern C++.
• Proven experience developing desktop or embedded applications using Qt and QML.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with version control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• English proficiency at C1 level, with strong communication skills for an international environment.
