Lead QA Manager (Senior) – SAP Test Management

At cloudatus, we support midsize and large enterprises throughout their cloud journey by driving technical solution design, development, and deployment. We are currently seeking experienced Lead QA Managers to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end test management and QA governance within a complex international SAP enterprise project.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall test strategy, methodology, and execution approach.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and verification.
• Utilize SAP Solution Manager as the core tool for test planning, requirements traceability, and defect management.
• Monitor testing progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Lead Test Coordinators and ensure consistent, audit-ready test documentation.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Test Management, QA Management, or Software Test Leadership.
• Strong practical knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and its test management capabilities.
• Proven experience in defining testing approaches across functional, integration, regression, and UAT phases.
• Ability to adapt testing methodologies to various project environments and manage complex enterprise IT landscapes.
• Very good English skills (B2+/C1) and strong stakeholder management abilities.
