Lead QA Manager Senior

Cloudatus is a specialized cloud service and consulting provider helping enterprises navigate their digital transformation. We are currently seeking experienced Lead QA Managers to take full ownership of software testing activities within a large-scale international enterprise project.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall software test strategy, methodology, and planning.
• Coordinate end-to-end test execution across multiple systems and project workstreams.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, and resolution.
• Monitor test progress, quality indicators, and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure audit-ready test documentation and drive continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Test Management, QA Management, or Software Test Leadership.
• Proven ability to define testing approaches across functional, integration, and UAT levels.
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing and requirements traceability.
• Experience coordinating multiple testing streams and leading distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+/C1 level).
