Lead Python Backend Engineer

Reef Technologies is a fully remote, senior-only software house specializing in complex Python-based systems. We are looking for a Lead Python Backend Engineer to join our agile team and help shape our technical direction while working on high-impact, global projects.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional programming experience, with significant expertise in Python.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management and leadership.

• Commitment to ownership and delivering reliable, efficient code.
