Senior IT Project Lead

Enterprise Transformation | Remote (EU) | 12-Month Contract

We're seeking a highly organised Senior IT Project Lead to lead a high-profile enterprise cost optimization programme for a global organisation.

This is not a technical specialist role. You'll provide leadership, structure and stakeholder alignment across a complex, multi-vendor environment to drive a strategic cost optimisation initiative across the IT Estate of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a complex international transformation programme

• Drive project ownership, governance and delivery

• Align senior business and IT stakeholders

• Facilitate workshops and decision-making

• Coordinate internal teams and external partners

• Build and maintain project roadmaps and delivery plans

Must-Have Experience

• Extensive experience leading complex IT or business transformation programmes

• Outstanding stakeholder management across senior business and technical teams

• Strong facilitation, communication and organisational skills

• Experience working in multi-stakeholder, multi-vendor environments

• Proven ability to bring structure and drive delivery in complex organisations

• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Enterprise cost optimisation or transformation programmes

• SaaS, Software Asset Management or ServiceNow exposure

• Experience within regulated industries (Life Sciences, Pharma, Healthcare)
