Lead Product Manager (SoftSwiss) for FireMinds Tech

FireMinds Tech is a dynamic organization focused on delivering innovative marketing and technology solutions within the iGaming industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and performance of multiple iGaming brands across Tier-1 markets, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and overall performance for multiple iGaming brands.
• Lead and mentor the Product team by setting clear goals, priorities, and development paths.
• Analyze key product and business metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance issues.
• Drive improvements across the entire player journey, including registration, deposits, gameplay, retention, and withdrawals.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Risk, Analytics, and Technical teams to ensure product success.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and player behavior to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional Product Management experience specifically within the iGaming sector.
• Proven track record in a Senior or Lead Product Manager role.
• Hands-on experience working with the SOFTSWISS ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of online casino products and the full player lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
