Lead Product Analyst, B2C Financial Services

Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem. We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to join our team and focus on our debit financial products, helping us scale our impact while balancing user growth with sustainable economics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of product analysts to provide support to product and business teams across all aspects of their work.
• Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present findings clearly to highlight the importance of your insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, on fundamental research and ad-hoc requests.
• Monitor metrics for financial products, identify areas for improvement, and develop new KPIs to inform decision-making.
• Develop informative data visualizations and reports that are easily understood by cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a data or product analyst.
• Proven experience in leading a team of data analysts.
• High proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and data visualization BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and Statsmodels.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and product stakeholders.
