Lead Policy as Code Engineer

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Lead Policy as Code Engineer to join a major cloud security and governance program. You will play a pivotal role in defining cloud guardrails, automating compliance controls, and embedding security policies directly into modern Azure-based delivery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust Policy-as-Code solutions utilizing Azure Policy and OPA.
• Develop comprehensive security guardrails and compliance controls for complex cloud environments.
• Integrate policy validation seamlessly into GitHub and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and manage reusable Terraform and Bicep modules to standardize infrastructure deployments.
• Support ongoing cloud governance and security automation initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience with Policy as Code and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Azure, Terraform, Bicep, Azure Policy, and OPA.
• Proven experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Solid knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, SOC 2, or NIS2.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
