Lead Pega Developer

Link Group is seeking an experienced Lead Pega Developer to join our team and drive the architecture and technical strategy for our enterprise-level Pega solutions. In this role, you will serve as a key technical authority, ensuring that our applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices while mentoring our development team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable Pega application architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Pega developers, fostering engineering excellence and architectural discipline.
• Conduct thorough technical design and code reviews to ensure adherence to performance benchmarks and security standards.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of critical, high-impact technical bottlenecks and production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts and Product Owners, to support sprint planning and technical estimations.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Pega development and end-to-end solution design within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of leading, mentoring, or acting as a technical reference point for Pega delivery teams.
• In-depth understanding of Pega architecture, Case Management, data models, and guardrail compliance.
• Strong practical grasp of APIs, integration connectors, and enterprise messaging systems.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to articulate architectural decisions to diverse stakeholders.
