Lead Oracle Transport Management Consultant

CYCLAD is looking for an experienced Lead Oracle Transport Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex OTM workstreams, provide architectural guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics solutions for our international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead knowledge transition and onboarding activities to ensure smooth handover to offshore teams.
• Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating project delivery.
• Design and establish robust processes for steady-state support and system onboarding.
• Provide expert system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams.
• Standardize and optimize OTM solutions to ensure consistency across different customer environments.

Requirements

• Over 9 years of professional experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Proven track record in at least 3 full lifecycle OTM implementations.
• Deep expertise in OTM modules including shipment planning, freight settlement, sourcing, and fleet management.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher.
• Strong experience in B2B integrations using EDI and API technologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
