Lead Instructor: Computer Support Specialist (Bench Building)

We are currently expanding our Expert Network by seeking experienced Lead Instructors specializing in Computer Support to join our team for future remote educational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead virtual classroom instruction for groups ranging from 30 to 300 learners.
• Conduct engaging live lectures based on established program curricula.
• Collaborate closely with operations personnel to ensure learning outcomes and schedules are met.
• Prepare effectively for each session to maintain high standards of educational delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an educator with a passion for teaching and student success.
• Degree in a Computer Science-related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as computer hardware, operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Ability to provide instruction within the Central European time zone.
