Lead Instructor: Aerospace Technician

We are seeking an experienced Lead Instructor to join our team and deliver high-quality, live virtual instruction to diverse groups of learners in the aerospace sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and lead synchronous virtual classroom sessions for large groups of learners.
• Deliver instruction on technical aerospace skills, including math, reasoning, and problem-solving.
• Manage class engagement, including Q&A sessions, chat flow, and overall classroom energy.
• Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Contribute to curriculum design, lesson improvement, and the development of instructional materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or related technical fields.
• Deep expertise in structures, assembly and integration, or composite materials.
• Proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects.
• Strong proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with industry safety and quality standards like OSHA, 5S, and FOD.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality specifications.
