Lead Go Developer

Andersen is seeking a Lead Go Developer to join a project focused on building a high-performance, scalable distributed platform for an international organization in the financial and protection services sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical architecture and driving the delivery of resilient backend solutions that support complex business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems using Go.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Leading and performing code reviews for senior engineers to ensure high standards of quality and reliability.
• Representing the engineering team in stakeholder meetings to explain technical concepts and manage project requirements.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enhance delivery speed and safety.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Go development.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Extensive background in AI implementation and configuration within development teams.
• Proven experience in fintech or banking domains, including complex system integrations.
• Strong expertise in Go concurrency patterns and system design for high performance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
