Lead Go Developer

Key responsibilities

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Leading and performing code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, resilience, and reliability.
• Representing the engineering team in stakeholder meetings and communicating complex technical topics clearly.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes to enhance delivery speed and safety.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Go development.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Higher education degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience with AI implementation and configuration within a team.
• Strong background in fintech or banking domains with complex integrations.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
