Lead Fullstack Engineer (Typescript/Node.js) with German

Spyrosoft is looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer to join the development of an advanced digital twin platform for the energy transition. You will work on a solution that unifies climate-related data to support stakeholders in CO2 balancing, renewable energy expansion, and power grid planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Collaborate directly with German-speaking clients to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL data models and manage containerized deployments on Kubernetes.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs using gRPC and REST protocols.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for distributed systems and ensure high system performance.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in backend development with strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Fluent German (C1/C2) is mandatory for direct communication with business stakeholders.
• Proven experience in designing scalable microservices and working within cloud-based environments like AWS.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL database design and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions independently from concept to delivery.
