Lead Fullstack Developer

Teravision Technologies is a well-established nearshore software outsourcing company with over two decades of experience in design, development, and quality assurance. We are currently seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to join our global team of over 170 professionals, working on innovative projects for international clients across the USA, Europe, and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Leading development teams and overseeing the successful delivery of complex software projects.
• Designing and implementing robust architectural solutions while making informed technical trade-offs.
• Developing high-quality code using enterprise backend stacks and modern frontend frameworks.
• Integrating AI technologies into existing systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with enterprise backend stacks such as Java or .NET.
• Proven production experience working with Node.js or Python.
• Solid hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Cloud infrastructure proficiency, specifically within AWS or Azure environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing development teams and projects.
• Excellent English communication skills at a C1/C2 level.
