Lead Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

Creatunity LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Engineer to guide technical execution and drive product delivery. This role is perfect for a leader who excels at building scalable applications while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to maximize team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior developers and coordinate technical execution across complex projects.
• Build scalable full-stack features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
• Utilize Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows and output.
• Architect systems, design database schemas, and optimize performance-critical queries.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven track record of playing a key role in building and shipping successful IT products.
• Demonstrated experience leading developers and managing end-to-end development processes.
• Strong hands-on expertise across modern full-stack technologies and cloud architectures.
• Deep understanding of database design, performance optimization, and system scalability.
• Comfortable working in remote, distributed teams with a focus on async collaboration.
