Lead Full Stack Developer (Industry Experience)

Axcera is a leading innovator in the fintech sector, currently seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to guide our technical direction and engineering team. In this role, you will shape our architectural decisions, mentor developers, and integrate cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions into our trading platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own architectural decisions across React, Next.js, and Node.js to set high technical standards.
• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, pairing, and direct guidance.
• Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate delivery and enhance overall code quality.
• Lead the integration of machine learning capabilities into core fintech and trading features.
• Architect and operate scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal role.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, React, Next.js, and scalable backend architecture.
• Proven experience in the trading industry, including knowledge of order execution, risk management, and financial products.
• Strong background in implementing AI/ML-driven features within complex applications.
• Ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders.
