Lead DevOps Engineer

Point Wild is a cybersecurity company dedicated to creating comprehensive solutions that protect individuals' identities and personal information in the digital world. We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to architect, automate, and lead our cloud infrastructure and continuous delivery strategy on Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage highly available, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure across Google Cloud Platform and Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Maintain and scale declarative infrastructure using Terraform, enforcing GitOps workflows with Atlantis.
• Build, maintain, and optimize robust automated pipelines for continuous integration and delivery using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Manage enterprise networking perimeters, service mesh architectures, and API Gateways for secure microservices traffic.
• Enforce strict security postures, manage identity and secrets storage, and maintain compliance standards.

Requirements

• Senior or Lead level experience operating production workloads on GCP and GKE.
• Expert-level Terraform skills with extensive experience running GitOps workflows at scale.
• Strong track record of designing, building, and maintaining multi-stage automated deployment pipelines.
• High proficiency with Istio and API Gateways like Kong.
• Hands-on experience enforcing enterprise-grade security and secret management.
