Lead DevOps Engineer (EMEA and LATAM)

Argos Multilingual is a global provider of technology-enabled language, AI, and data solutions, helping organizations communicate and grow across international markets. We are currently seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our distributed team and help us advance our infrastructure and deployment capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimize self-hosted GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployment workflows.
• Lead the migration from Docker-based environments to Kubernetes, with a focus on Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate configuration management with Ansible.
• Enhance DevSecOps practices by integrating security controls such as SAST, DAST, and automated dependency scanning.
• Improve system observability and reliability by utilizing tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic stack.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Extensive hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Strong proficiency in Linux, networking fundamentals, and managing Docker containers.
• Proven track record of using Terraform and Ansible in production environments.
• Experience in designing and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure within hybrid cloud setups.
