Lead Data Scientist / ML Engineer

As a Lead Data Scientist / ML Engineer, you will join a team of experts to deliver cutting-edge projects, ranging from AI-driven optimization engines for airport management to advanced recommendation systems powered by LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Design AI solution architectures that address complex business problems and drive innovation.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to oversee the building of AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders while managing tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial experience in designing and implementing scalable AI solutions including Machine Learning, NLP, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Strong programming skills in Python with extensive knowledge of ML libraries like PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, along with familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and experience in client-facing consulting roles.
