Key responsibilities

• Edit Academy courses from raw footage to final review, ensuring engaging storytelling and pacing.
• Design motion graphics and branded elements that elevate the learner experience.
• Lead and coordinate a network of freelance editors, providing feedback and maintaining quality standards.
• Continuously improve editing workflows, production efficiency, and project organization.
• Champion course quality by advocating for the learner and incorporating feedback from beta testing.

Requirements

• Exceptional editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating engaging, educational content.
• Ability to think like a producer and take full ownership of project outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality learning experiences.
• Experience in building systems, improving workflows, and mentoring other editors.
