Lead Consultant/Program Lead (Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT operations for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions at customer sites.
• Act as the primary liaison between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• Oversee customer release management programs, including resource planning, tracking, and forecasting.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
• Guide customers in adopting industry best practices to ensure holistic success and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Proven track record in leading implementation or post-implementation teams with a strong technical understanding.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
