Lead ArcGIS DevOps Engineer

DCG is a recruitment company dedicated to connecting experienced professionals with high-impact projects. We are currently seeking a Lead ArcGIS DevOps Engineer to join our team and take a central role in managing and scaling complex geospatial infrastructure in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of ArcGIS Enterprise, including Portal, Server, and Data Store.
• Design and operate ArcGIS Enterprise on a customized AWS EKS Kubernetes platform.
• Establish best practices for platform reliability, security, scalability, and disaster recovery.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform deployments, upgrades, and configuration management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience operating ArcGIS Enterprise in production environments.
• Proven experience running enterprise workloads on AWS with EKS or Kubernetes exposure.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, supported by strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Excellent communication skills with a C1 level of English proficiency.
