Lead Anaplan Model Builder

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Lead Anaplan Model Builder to join a fully remote team. This role serves as a bridge between technical craftsmanship and business strategy, requiring you to design high-performance Anaplan solutions while acting as a trusted partner to Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance scalable Anaplan models following best practices like PLANS, DISCO, and UX.
• Manage full deployment lifecycles using ALM across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Lead scoping workshops and translate complex business requirements into functional technical designs.
• Maintain data integrations with upstream and downstream systems such as CRM, HRIS, and data warehouses.
• Produce clear technical documentation and support end-users during testing and hypercare phases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect or Senior Model Builder with relevant certifications.
• At least 4 years of dedicated Anaplan experience in enterprise planning or financial technology.
• Strong knowledge of the Anaplan Way methodology and connected planning principles.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into robust solutions across multiple implementations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior business stakeholders.
