Lead Analytics Consultant

Xebia is looking for an experienced Lead Analytics Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical data solutions, driving innovation and efficiency across our data architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up, documenting, and propagating new processes, including comprehensive Data Governance frameworks.
• Testing various analytical tools and suggesting new technologies to improve our data ecosystem.
• Building internal reports to monitor data processes and performance metrics.
• Providing strategic recommendations for the development of internal tools.
• Monitoring data trends to identify and implement new, high-value use cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership or management roles, specifically in translating business requirements into data products.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques, particularly Kimball methodology.
• Extensive experience in developing full-scale data pipelines, from ingestion and modeling to final reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Python, Spark, Azure, dbt, and Databricks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
