Lead Analyst, AGT Portfolio Management

We are currently seeking a Lead Analyst to join our Acceleration & Growth Team (AGT), which focuses on driving revenue growth and delivering differentiated customer outcomes through operational rigor and continuous transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage portfolio activities for assigned initiatives, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
• Coordinate initiative onboarding, updates, scope changes, and closures while maintaining accurate portfolio records.
• Support portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance processes across the organization.
• Prepare governance materials, action logs, and meeting outputs to ensure consistent and transparent operations.
• Partner with initiative owners to drive follow-through on commitments and key deliverables.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, transformation, or business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to support complex, cross-functional initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
