Lead Analyst, AGT Portfolio Management (HOME, PL)

We are looking for a Lead Analyst to join our Acceleration & Growth Team (AGT) to support portfolio governance, initiative intake, and execution activities in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage portfolio activities for assigned initiatives, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and status updates.
• Support portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance processes across the organization.
• Partner with initiative owners to drive follow-through on commitments and key deliverables.
• Prepare governance materials, action logs, and meeting outputs for leadership reviews.
• Provide operational support for transformation efforts and cross-functional programs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, business operations, or program coordination.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across various levels of the organization.
